Challenge

Large open-plan co-working space with extensive above-ceiling services (HVAC, data cabling, fire suppression). Ceiling needed to accommodate future layout changes without disruption.

Solution

Installed Armstrong grid system with 600×600 mineral fibre tiles. Planned grid layout to align with modular furniture zones. All tiles are lift-out accessible for future cabling or partition changes.

Outcome

The co-working space has a clean, professional ceiling. The operator has already rearranged furniture zones twice without touching the ceiling — only lifting tiles to reroute cables.
