A technology company's lobby in Electronic City needed a ceiling that would impress clients arriving for meetings, while accommodating a full-building sprinkler grid and HVAC supply diffusers that the landlord required at ceiling level.
Designed a custom aluminium baffle ceiling with 200mm blade height and 80mm spacing across the full lobby. The blade depth was calibrated to conceal sprinkler and diffuser pipework above while allowing fire safety systems to operate between the blades unobstructed.
The lobby ceiling reads as a confident architectural statement. Visiting clients consistently remark on it, and the company has used images of the lobby in its recruitment materials. All building services remain fully compliant and accessible.
