A tech park in Bellandur had covered walkways between buildings where raw concrete ceilings had developed staining from water tracking along the slab underside. The property management company needed a finished ceiling that would survive semi-exposed monsoon conditions.
Installed a suspended fibre cement board ceiling on a galvanised steel framework, with 25mm expansion gaps at building junction points to accommodate differential movement. Slab penetrations where cables cross were sealed with fire-rated sealant above the new ceiling.
The walkway ceiling has a consistent, stain-free finish that the property management team has maintained without any repairs through one full monsoon season. The improved appearance has been positively noted by tenant companies during their facility walkthroughs.
