The client wanted a statement ceiling inspired by classical European design — with a central medallion — but in a contemporary Indian context. The room had an off-centre fan point that complicated symmetry.
Created a custom POP medallion centred visually in the room rather than on the fan point. Relocated the fan electrical point to match the new centre. Hand-sculpted POP moulding around the medallion with a layered tray perimeter.
The master bedroom ceiling became the defining design element of the home. The classical medallion was executed with clean, modern proportions that complemented the contemporary furniture.
